The path traveled by the EMA Managers reveals a group of individual’s intent on enhancing their trade and a group who possess industry resources, flexibility, and a personal sense of dedication and determination to aspire be more.

Since its inception on June 23, 1983, The Executive Manager’s Association (EMA) has become one of the most innovative and impactful, Property Manager and Vendor organizations in South Florida – all because of people like you. EMA is powered by people who want to make things better. Through networking, education, and development, the EMA promotes the highest level of professionalism in the community association management industry not only for the benefit of ourselves but, to better serve our properties, developers, residents, and boards as well.

We are dedicated to providing managers with quality information designed to enrich their careers as property managers. EMA Members continue to give our association an enthusiastic 90% satisfaction rating. You'll talk to dedicated managers and vendors who are problem-solvers that will respect your time, understand your situation, and have the power to make things happen.

Here are a few quick facts about the EMA:
  • Once a month, we hold a dinner and networking meeting.
  • You will receive 2 C.E.U. credits toward your DBPR requirements at every meeting. All courses are approved by the DBPR.
  • We also produce an informative monthly newsletter.
  • Annual Business Trade Expo– On October 19, 2010, E.M.A. will hold it’s Annual Business Expo. This is a free event where you will earn 2 free C.E.U.s and experience a presentation from our Preferred Vendors. This event will have complimentary food and an open bar.
  • Every summer, there is a social gathering for our members. In December, we also throw our annual Holiday Ball.
In closing, our website is just getting started, and we have lots more to show you in the days and weeks ahead. Fun and creativity aren't just tolerated here, they're actively cultivated and encouraged so, we hope you'll have fun too. Please tell us when we screw up, and tell us when we bring down the house. Give us your feedback and your ideas, and in return we'll listen, and we'll deliver. Now let's get started...
