Networking ran from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm.

Class/Training:
This month’s CEU class was given by Michael G. Zawaki of Restoration Technology Inc. The class was titled Coaches Clinic. The class was absolutely hilarious. Michael even had chicken props and threw them at people. Well, okay, not exactly throw them at people when they weren’t ready to catch it. The class touched on communication styles, non-verbal communication, and presenting in front of the Board during the Board meeting. The best part of the class was the top 7 human fears:

Q & A
Questions & answers were taken by Bradley F. Rothenberg from Becker & Poliakoff in the Legal Q & A session. Bradley gave a helpful handout detailing the differences between Condominium, Co-op, and HOA.
