It is with great pleasure that I take this opportunity to invite you to be a part of Executive Managers Association, Inc. (EMA)! For more than 26 years EMA has been your local provider of Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and has served as a Property Manager’s network for the South Florida area.

What an EMA membership can do for you:

  • Networking – Our members include Licensed Community Association Managers and Vendor Professionals that provide products and services to our industry.
  • Relationships – In addition to gaining networking opportunities, our property management professionals and vendors work together to bring you the latest information on association management, governance and daily work-related issues.
  • Monthly Dinner Meeting – Come once a month to enjoy meeting new colleagues, have a sumptuous dinner, earn CEUs and win prizes at our monthly drawing.
  • Enhance Your Knowledge – At every Dinner Meeting, you will earn 2 CEUs toward your DBPR requirements. All courses are approved by the DBPR. Our instructors provide the most entertaining lectures you will find with the latest industry updates.
  • Stay Informed – You will receive the EMA monthly newsletter with articles from industry professionals providing the latest on legislative trends and association management.
  • Annual Business Expo – On October 19, 2010, EMA will hold its Annual Business Expo. This is free event where Licensed Managers can earn 2 CEUs and experience presentations from Vendors in our industry. This event will have complimentary food and bar.
  • Fun – At the end of every season there is a social gathering for our members. In December, we also have our Annual Holiday Party.
